‘Matter of Taste’ explores the values we associate with food and raises awareness on a series of contemporary issues. How we eat can reveal our sense of community belonging, social networks and relationship to the land? How come we got disconnected from the origins of food, yet the art of cooking is more promoted than ever? What are the environmental consequences of globalization on food production?
